DESCRIPTION: Read to sleep is limited by age and relationship.

Read to sleep can no longer be done to teens. Seriously, who reads a teenager to sleep? The reader must be either a relative or a friend rather than any random stranger.

This mod was inspired by my asylum property. One of the patients was a teenage girl. Every single time she would go to sleep this one old guy with a 0/0 relationship with her would rush over to "read her to sleep". Not sure what that was a euphemism for but it was just disturbing.
