DESCRIPTION: Fixes a bug which allows Kiss/Suck Face to appear for children and toddlers.

I'm unsure if the menu selection appears in an unmodified game or if it is a side effect of one of the mods I use. The action definitely specifies minimum age of toddler, but it might be blocked by some other age check in the game. If you aren't seeing Suck Face where it shouldn't be, you can probably ignore this fix.

Note even if you see the command, it aborts before doing anything sickening.
