DESCRIPTION: Sims with the Simlogical Electronic Prisoner Tag in inventory won't appear on phone call or party guest lists.

Prisoners are also excluded from Call.../Friends if you use...um...whichever of Pescado's mods gives you that ability. I'm pretty sure they are excluded from Call.../Family and Call.../Enemies but I haven't explicitly tested those.

I haven't locked down every phone call - for example, you can still invite them on outings. That probably won't be updated.

Prisoners with cell phones will be callable with this mod.
