DESCRIPTION: An update of jfade's College Scholarships for Talent Badges for compatibility with Apartment Life.

Update to add witchcraft scholarship. This new version requires Smarter EP Check.

As I understand it, jfade is no longer modding for Sims 2 so I've taken the liberty of updating this mod for Apartment Life.

I've added a witchcraft scholarship. Any witch with the skill to cast Apello Cattus Amicus is eligible for this $1250 scholarship.
