DESCRIPTION: Sims must be outside to autonomously engage in beach activities.

This is true on residential lots, vacation lots or any other lot with a beach.

When living on a beach lot, sims coming home from work tend to head right for the beach. But if I restrict it more, they'll never do beach activities at all so this seems like the best compromise.
