DESCRIPTION: Significantly reduces payout for restaurant guides.

Restaurant guides pay an absurd amount of money for the time involved. I've reduced this so they pay roughly the same amount per hour as writing novels.

The payout is a base of 40-240 simoleons plus 40 * Cusine enthusiasm plus 20 * Cooking skill. If the total is >400 it is considered a good guide and >700 a great guide.
