DESCRIPTION: Suppresses the message that there isn't enough room in the dorm.

I don't use Myne doors in my dorms since I don't use dormies. The dorm billing bug requires at least one door, but that triggers the message. I don't use this anymore, instead opting for the Dorm Billing Fix so I don't have to have Myne doors at all.
