DESCRIPTION: Fixes bugs causing nighttime walkbys to invite themselves into your home.

Updated to prevent sims from trying to pick up kids who are on the phone and not actually on the lot.

Obviously night walkbys are not in the standard game so you need this fix only if you are using another mod that generates late walkbys such as my Vampire Walkbys or twojeffs' Visitor Controller.
