Desk Fix
Submitted by Cyjon on Sat, 2008-09-06 08:46DESCRIPTION: Children can place items like homework on desks more successfully.
Does not fix the Country Desk from Seasons since it uses its own weird slots to keep people from reaching through the solid hutch on the back. Should work on all others desks including custom desks.
People still occasionally have trouble if the only access to the desk is on the diagonal but the behavior is inconsistent.

Less Relaxing
Submitted by Cyjon on Thu, 2008-09-04 21:49DESCRIPTION: An evolution of my old NoAutoRelax mod. Unlike that mod, which completely prevented sims from relaxing in bed, this one allows it as long as the sim's energy is > 40%. The purpose is to keep sims using sleepclock from relaxing when they are sleepy, thus missing the call to go to bed.
The player can still order sims to relax in bed. This just affects autonomous behavior.
Updated to fix an EP check bug.

Job Typo Fixes
Submitted by Cyjon on Thu, 2008-09-04 21:41DESCRIPTION: Fixes typos in the job titles.
A "douser" is a person who throws water on someone. A "dowser" is someone who searches for water. After the dowser has found water, then the douser can throw it on someone.
There is no such word as "restauranteur" in any language that I know of. The correct term is "restaurateur".
Although "investigatory" is technically a word, the correct phrase is "investigative reporter". (I later realized that might be a deliberate Zoolander reference, but it's still wrong.)
No Life Insurance
Submitted by Cyjon on Thu, 2008-08-28 16:52DESCRIPTION: No money will be paid out when sims die of old age.

KNOWN ISSUE: According to http://www.simbology.com/smf/index.php?topic=8675.0 there is apparently a bug in this mod that prevents business inheritance. There is a link to a corrected version. If I get back to modding, I'll take a look at it myself.

No Auto Hand Washing
Submitted by Cyjon on Sun, 2008-07-13 14:54DESCRIPTION: Since hand washing has a negligible effect on hygiene and really just wears out the plumbing, this prevents autonomous washing of hands.
Has no effect on twojeffs' "Always Wash Hands" mod since he pushes the command directly.

Less Coughing
Submitted by Cyjon on Sun, 2008-07-13 14:51DESCRIPTION: Halves the duration of coughing fits caused by pneumonia or other illnesses. Created when I had a pregnant sim nearly die of starvation because of two coughing fits in a row.

All Walkbys
Submitted by Cyjon on Sat, 2008-07-12 19:11DESCRIPTION: Makes it more likely that a walkby will be a sim you know.
The default behavior for the game to allow only unknown sims to walk by your house unless fewer than 8 unknown sims are available. I increased that to 255 in order to force it to pick from the pool of all sims not just sims you haven't met yet.
Carpool Warning Fix
Submitted by Cyjon on Wed, 2008-04-30 17:02DESCRIPTION: Sims who are sick or in first stage of pregnancy will now get carpool warnings. I have no idea why the game was designed to suppress them - even if you call in sick you still need to know when to do so.

No Auto Talk Through
Submitted by Cyjon on Sat, 2008-04-19 14:13DESCRIPTION: Prevents sims from autonomously using "talk through" with stuffed animals. Unlike other versions of this I've seen, it should work with all stuffed animals (including cloned ones) not just the teddy bear.

Non-Townie Outfits
Submitted by Cyjon on Thu, 2008-04-17 14:34DESCRIPTION: Prevents certain outfits and hairstyles from being selected for townies and newly-aged sims. They can still be chosen by the player. I've separated them into separate files so you don't have to take all of them if you don't want to.
Dragon affects the dragon outfits from Family Fun Stuff.
Floaties makes the kids swim floaties from Family Fun Stuff swimwear only, not everyday wear.
Holiday affects baby new year, Santa Claus, and Mrs. Claus outfits from the Holiday Party Pack.
